The inquiry form asks for your name, email, client type, selected services, privacy consent, and optional phone number and message. MH Ledger&Co Ltd. uses this information to respond to your request and discuss potential services, not to subscribe you to marketing.

What not to send

Do not submit SINs, banking details, tax documents, passwords or other confidential financial information through this form. Contact us first to discuss an appropriate way to share documents.

How the website handles inquiries

When configured, inquiries are sent through Resend to the MH Ledger&Co Ltd. email inbox. Spam protection uses request metadata and short-lived rate-limit counters; production rate-limit counters are stored through Upstash Redis using hashed request identifiers. Hosting, email and infrastructure providers may process information outside Canada.

The form does not create a client account or store inquiry messages in a website database. Messages received by email may be retained for responding and managing the professional relationship. Contact us to discuss access, correction, retention or deletion of information you have provided.

Website preferences

Your theme preference is saved in your browser’s local storage. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data. This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
